Dynavoice Definition DF-5
The Dynavoice Definition DF-5 is the smallest floorstanding speaker in the Definition series. It is especially designed for a home with a limited amount of space and houses two 5,25 inch woofers, dual tweeters and a reflex port on the front. Despite being small in size the sound is, as always with Dynavoice, big.
To guarantee stability and control in the low frequenzy tones we use bullet proof Kevlar in the woofers, a thin lightweight material that stiffens the cone, and makes it more responsive to micro-details. The basket is cast in aluminium which makes the entire woofer even more stable.
To reproduce the details in the high frequency tones we have placed a soft dome tweeter and a ribbon tweeter in the top. Together they harmonize perfectly and reaches up to 32 kHz.
On the gold plated Bi-wire terminal we have placed a bracket that lets you fine tune the midrange. You can choose between -2 dB / 0 dB / +2 dB / +4 dB and you will immediately notice a change in sound character.
